What are the event dates?
The event starts with a welcome reception for ALL attendees on Monday, October 16th at 7pm.
The event ends on Wednesday, October 18th at 5pm for regular ticket holders.
What Hotel is it being held at?
The event is being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Sea World. Here's a link to drop a pin to the hotel.
Is there a room block?
Yes there is. Rooms start at $109/night.
We also got the resort fee and parking waived for our attendees.
What is the refund policy?
Ticket purchases are not refundable. You can however transfer tickets. You can either transfer them to a future Ecom Summit event, or you can transfer the ticket to another person. Contact support@ecomsummit.com.
Will meals be provided?
Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
VIP ticket holders will be provided with breakfast and dinner on both days, as well as additional networking opportunities.
Will there be a conference app?
No, not at this time. You will be invited to join our private WhatsApp group for attendees only.
Is there an option to livestream?
Yes. A link to view the livestream of the event will be provided to all ticket buyers in the event that they are not able to attend in person.
Will there be Kosher meals available?
Yes. Be sure and select Kosher Meals when you complete your registration survey.
